In addition to my artistic and producing work, I have a strand of strategic work and have held several management roles in arts, community and theatre venues, all of which have been focussed on the benefits of widening participation in theatre and other arts activities.
From 2022 onwards, I have limited this to passion projects to allow more space for creative practice, and my main work in this area now focusses on:
- Organising large scale or multifaceted arts events, with a focus on inclusivity and an 'accessible by design' approach
- Access provision, with a particular focus on mental health and psychological safety
- Creative and story based evaluation and Theory of Change work (you can view a recent evaluation project for Culture, Health and Wellbeing Alliance on their website)
- Project Management and systems improvement
